• *Winterization prices vary based on the type of engine that necessitates service. There is no standard pricing, and all winterization services will be based on time and materials.

Terms & Conditions

• Customer acknowledges that LPS necessitates a 2 week minimum notice with regards to boat or watercraft removal from storage. Every attempt will be made to accommodate Customers' requests within 2 weeks, but cannot be guaranteed.

• Customer acknowledges the LPS will charge a minimum of 1/2 hour labor upon boat / watercraft removal from storage for Technicians to "un-winterize" / Prep for season. All balances must be paid in full prior to pick up or delivery can be scheduled.

• Customer acknowledges that a stored boat / watercraft will remain outside until all boats are ready to be put away inside. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a cover for boat/watercraft in order to provide protection from the elements during the short period of exposure. LPS will not be liable for any damages that occur to uncovered boats/ watercraft.

• Customer acknowledges responsibility for obtaining adequate fire, wind, storm, theft, vandalism, and all occurrence coverage upon Customer's property while in storage.

• Customer acknowledges, by by filling out this Agreement and in order to induce LPS to store Customer's property, warrants that Customer's property is adequately insured with fire, theft, vandalism, and all occurrence coverage. LPS is hereby released from all liability for damage to Customer's Property in case of fire, wind, storm, theft, vandalism, or any other occurrence which might damage Customer's property while in storage. All legal fees for enforcement of this contract will be responsibility of Customer.

• Customer acknowledges and conveys onto LPS a lien on the property stored pursuant to this Agreement, and consents to the retainage of the same by LPS, in LPS possession, for the amount due for the keep, storage, repair and care thereof until paid.

• Customer acknowledges all special requests of the Customer , and any services performed by LPS at the Customer's request which go beyond the services of storage will be billed separately. If Customer fails to pick up or make arrangements for delivery of Customer's property before September 1st, 2026. Customer agrees to pay additional charges for storage unless prior arrangements have been made. This Contract is made on the date listed below.
